Alpha Men’s Center is a concierge Medical Center, that means we will never rush you out the door or off the phone. All of our treatment plans are comprehensive, customized to your specific needs and include unlimited discussions with our Medical Team, required blood work and treatment for the length of the plan purchased. Our treatments have a 96% success rate and our patients all tell us that any out-of-pocket expense is worth it, to regain a healthy sex life.
Q: Are Services covered by insurance?
A: Unfortunately,insurance companies do not cover our services. They consider treating sexual dysfunction as a lifestyle-related need rather than a medical condition. We disagree and feel it is a quality of life issue and not a luxury. However, Alpha Men’s Center is considered an Out-of-Network Provider by insurance companies and therefore they will not cover any of the services we provide.
There are numerous companies and policies and each one is different. We will provide you with a receipt for services and you may submit it to your insurance carrier for potential reimbursement.

Q: Can I use my HSA (Health Savings Account) or FSA (Flexible Spending Account) to pay for services?
A: Most HSA and FSA funds can be used for erectile dysfunction medications and treatments. *Policies can vary, so you may want to verify with your carrier.
Q: What form of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Cash and all major credit cards, including: American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. We also accept Care Credit and you can apply using the link below.
Q: Do you offer any Payment Plans?
A: Alpha Men’s Center does not offer their own payment plans at this time, but we do work with
Care Credit who (for balances of $200 or more) will defer interest for 6 months IF balance is paid within 6 months and with United Credit who offer short-term loans.
